Commissioner

Monica Saputra serves as Commissioner at PT Coco Palma International, contributing to strategic direction and supporting the company’s expansion into global markets.

She currently serves as a Relationship Manager at PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology since 2019, bringing over 5 years of experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing complex business ecosystems. She also serves as a Strategic Business Partner at PT Tokio Sentral Asia since 2025, where she plays a role in shaping business strategy and governance to support sustainable growth.

She focuses on building strong partnerships and driving business growth. Through her experience, she has developed a strong investor mindset in identifying opportunities, scaling businesses, and providing strategic insights, while actively engaging with stakeholders and investors to drive long-term value creation.

Eko Susanto serves as President Commissioner at PT Coco Palma International, bringing extensive experience in human capital and corporate governance to support the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

He currently serves as HR Division Head at PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia since August 2024 and also holds the role of Corporate Secretary Division Head. With over 24 years of experience in human resources, including 14 years in the reinsurance industry, he has a strong track record in leading HR strategies, implementing organizational initiatives, and driving sustainable business performance.

His extensive experience and leadership background enable him to provide valuable oversight, strategic insight, and guidance, supporting his role as a Commissioner in strengthening governance and ensuring the company’s continued growth.

Susi Janawati serves as Finance Director at PT Coco Palma International, overseeing financial strategy, reporting, and governance to support the company’s stability and long-term growth.

She has a strong understanding of financial systems and reporting, with a disciplined approach in managing financial performance and ensuring transparency. Her experience includes handling financial restructuring initiatives that contribute to improved efficiency and overall business performance.

In addition to her role, she has been actively serving as a Strategic Business Partner at PT Tokio Sentral Asia since 2020, where she focuses on attracting potential investors and providing financial advisory. Through her involvement, she continues to support investment initiatives while delivering strategic financial insights to drive sustainable growth.

Dede Kurniadi serves as the Operations Director at Coco Palma International, where he leads the company’s operational strategy and execution across its coconut and biomass product lines.

With industry experience since 2015, he possesses strong expertise in coconut derivatives—particularly coconut shell charcoal and copra—along with quality control and supply chain management. He is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining consistent product quality, and aligning production capacity with both international and domestic (Indonesian) market demands.

Through his leadership, Dede Kurniadi continuously drives operational excellence and supports the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable products for both global and local markets.

Hariul Alfan serves as the President Director of Coco Palma International, leading the company’s strategy and business development across its coconut and biomass product lines. With over 20 years of experience in information technology and business development, he combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, particularly in large-scale systems, software architecture, and innovative technology implementation.

As an entrepreneur, he has developed ventures across multiple sectors, including commodities, livestock, fisheries, and forestry—covering sustainable forest resource management, commercial tree cultivation, and integrated timber supply chain—while consistently leveraging technology to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Under his leadership, Coco Palma International continues to grow while creating positive impact for partners, communities, and the environment through inclusive collaboration, sustainable sourcing, and responsible biomass utilization.
